The manufacturing process of gypsum mills involves several critical steps to ensure the production of high-quality gypsum powder, which is widely used in construction, agriculture, and industrial applications. This step involves heating the powder to temperatures between 150°C and 200°C to remove chemically bound water molecules, converting it into calcium sulfate hemihydrate (stucco). The calcined gypsum is then cooled and stored in silos before being packaged or transported for further use.

Quality control is integral throughout the process. Samples are regularly tested for particle size distribution, moisture content, and purity to meet industry standards.
